The Original Grain Company was founded in 2016 with the intention of making basic Agricultural Commodities and staple foods more readily available in the SADC Regions irrespective of volume, pack size or basket price. The demand for these staple foods continues to grow as Africa battles conflict and natural disasters. The COVID 19 Pandemic saw greater pressure placed on the supply channels for Agricultural Products with many Countries opting to stockpile in the face of uncertainty.
